They may have graduated almost two weeks ago but Johnny Luetzow and Jake Bold are still proudly representing LJCDS. The two baseball stars were chosen to compete in the San Diego High School All-Star Game at Petco Park. Jake was one of eight players selected to take part in the home run derby. He crushed five home runs including some very deep shots into the seats at Petco. Jake was also the starting catcher for the West team. Johnny played third base and reached base for the West team in one of his two at bats. Next season Jake will be playing for Princeton and Johnny will be playing for Santa Clara.
