Torreys golfer Ashley Ding had a pretty good 2 days of tournament play this week. She started a little slow Monday morning @ Bernardo Heights CC, as was 4 over par through her first 6 holes. She dug in and finished the remainder of the round 2 over to finish the day @ 6 over par 78. 

Round 2 was played @ La Costa, the Legends 18. Her start was the complete opposite as she was 2 under par through the 1st 6 holes. The course was playing tough as the pins were tucked in some challenging spots. Ashley dropped a couple of shots over the remainder of the round and completed the day posting a 3 over par round of 76, for a 2 day total of 9 over par 154. That result qualified Ashley for the SoCal Regional Tournament to be played next Thursday Nov. 11 @ Brookeside Golf Club in Pasadena.

Congratulations Ashley for this amazing accomplishment as well as for our just completed season. Play well next week, should be a memorable birthday round of golf for you. Go Torreys.
